Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the Netherlands and across the European Union (excluding the United Kingdom).

Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days.

We ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed after Thursday will be shipped the following Tuesday. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available ship day.

Delivery Times

Netherlands: 1-3 business days.

Europe (EU): 3-7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at info@femalexfinance.com and we will resolve it promptly.
