to help.

Eligibility

Returns are free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable.

How to Return

Email us at info@femalexfinance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will

get back to you with the next steps within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business

days of receiving the return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or

incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
